Q. Can I pay my overdue fines online?

No, fines cannot be paid online. You can pay in person or over the phone (409-772-2385).

You can avoid fines by renewing online. You can access your account via the link your reminder email about the items you have checked out or via the Sign In on Search Everything screens.

1. Access your account: https://utmb.us/3cy
2. Sign in with your UTMB username and password
3. You will be on the "My Library Card" screen. You will see a box with your Loans. There is a "Renew All" link at the top of box. Click this link to renew every item you have checked out.
4. If you only want to renew certain checked out titles, click the "View All # Loans" link a the bottom of hte box. Then, click the "Renew" link next to the individual title(s) to renew.

Note: Renewals may be denied if you have outstanding fines or if another person has requested the item.
